Here is your chance to own a real piece of New York, but of course you don' have to pay $550.000 of today's New Medallion price!!! this plate was issue by the TLC (New York City & Limousine Commission) in 1996 as the physical evidence of a taxi cab license and it was affixed to the hood of a real New York taxi cab.
